The Mommy Tummy Fix is a downloadable app available both on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will download the app onto your phone and then have the option to purchase a monthly subscription to either the “Basic” version of the app or the “Premium” version of the app.

The “Basic” app includes everything you need to be successful with postpartum rehab and weight loss including a 12-phase core rehab plan, healthy recipe planning, a healthy habits daily checklist, fat-burning cardio plan, and a pelvic floor rehab guide. The “Premium” version includes everything from “Basic” but also adds strength training workout, mindset coaching, and a private in-app community.

Of course! The exercises and principles provided in this plan work equally as effective for men as they do for women. This program will flatten your stomach, tighten your abs, and heal diastasis recti regardless of gender.

The general rule of thumb is to wait 6 weeks after delivery to start any exercise program. Depending on your delivery type, body type, exercise experience, etc, this time period may be more or less. You should always ask your doctor to determine when it is safe for you to start these exercises.

100% yes! This program is designed to tone and tighten your stomach and help you eliminate fat from your abdomen. Even if you haven’t had a baby this program is completely effective.

Absolutely! The only caveat is you have to wait until the 8-week postpartum mark instead of 6 weeks. Again – you should ALWAYS get your doctor’s okay before starting this or any workout program. 

ABSOLUTELY! Whether your baby’s 6 weeks or 16 years old… as long as you can effectively contract the muscles we’re training there’s still a lot you can do to eliminate that excess belly fat.

You can cancel your subscription to the app at any time, but no money will be refunded. When you cancel, you will be able to continue to access the app up until the last day of your payment term. Then your subscription will be canceled and your membership will be terminated.

The answer is ABSOLUTELY! “Postpartum” doesn’t have an expiration date. As long as you can contract the right muscles, follow simple instructions, and demonstrate consistency you can absolutely see improvement with this program.

Absolutely!! The “Clean Eating” and “Fat-Burning Cardio” can be followed your entire pregnancy. However I usually recommend the core rehab part of the program through the first two trimesters only. You’ll be spending a lot of time on your back performing the exercises and by your third trimester this would be contraindicated. I encourage women to continue to practice contracting the deep core in sitting and standing positions during this final trimester.

100%! In fact – this is the exercise progression I take my postpartum patients through when they’re referred to me for their diastasis following pregnancy. You’ll learn not only the best exercises for the abdominal separation, but also which ones to avoid if you happen to have this condition.

The entire premise of this program is showing you the RIGHT exercises and workouts performed in the RIGHT ways to maximize your results. You’ll want to eliminate activities that excessively increase intra-abdominal pressure (HIIT workouts, planking, etc) to decrease stress on the wrong muscles while you’re working on it. With this program you will get a list of 30 workouts that are approved and safe to help you with your goals. Stick to those instead.

Diastasis recti is a separation of the anterior abdominal muscle (the rectus abdominis) at its connective tissue. This is caused by excessive stress on this area which causes this tissue to stretch out and even tear. It is typically caused be increased pressure from the inside of the abdomen, like that experienced during pregnancy.
