By participating in the “14-day Mommy Tummy Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as the “Challenge”), you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by T&T Commerce, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
- Eligibility: The Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Participation is voluntary.
- Participation: By registering for the Challenge, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Content: All materials, including but not limited to videos, text, and graphics, provided by the Company during the Challenge are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
- Health and Safety: Participation in the Challenge involves physical activity and exercise, which carries a risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you have consulted with your healthcare provider regarding the appropriateness of participating in this Challenge, especially if you are pregnant or have recently given birth.
- Medical Disclaimer: The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided during the Challenge is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Challenge.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Challenge.
- Privacy: The Company respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
