These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Mommy Tummy Fix Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Mommy Tummy Fix LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By applying for and/or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Affiliate Program Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.

Affiliate Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Submit accurate information during your application and keep it up to date.
• Maintain an active presence on the platforms you plan to promote from.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines for affiliate marketing.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

Affiliate Obligations

You agree to:

• Only promote Mommy Tummy Fix (“MTF”) using your unique Affiliate Link.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing your link.
• Not misrepresent Mommy Tummy Fix’s offerings, pricing, or results.
• Only use approved MTF branding and messaging.
• Immediately remove any outdated or unapproved content upon request.

You may not:

• Purchase your own affiliate offer for personal use using your link.
• Use false claims, misleading tactics, or spam to generate clicks or sales.
• Run paid ads using MTF trademarks or impersonate the brand.

Commissions

• Standard pricing is $149; your community receives a special rate of $119.
• You earn 40% of net revenue on referred sales (after fees, refunds, taxes).
• Payouts are made monthly and require a valid payout method and tax form.
• Commissions are forfeited if payout info is not submitted within 6 months of sale.

We reserve the right to alter commission structure with notice.

Intellectual Property

All MTF content—workouts, coaching materials, logos, visuals, course materials, and trademarks—are the property of Mommy Tummy Fix LLC.

You may only use these assets for the purpose of promoting the Program.

You may not modify, redistribute, sell, or teach from MTF materials under any circumstance.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep any non-public information shared with you confidential, including business strategy, earnings data, and program updates not released to the public.

Termination

Either party may terminate your participation at any time.

We may terminate you immediately if:

• You breach these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement.
• Your content or behavior reflects poorly on Mommy Tummy Fix.
• You misuse intellectual property or mislead your audience.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all MTF branding, affiliate links, and promotional content.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Our liability is limited to the commissions earned in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be handled in Utah courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You’ll be notified via email or affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
